Shipping & Returns Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, though some orders may be processed sooner. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking notification. Please note that processing times may be affected by the following observed holidays:

  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas
  • New Years Eve/Day

International Orders

At this time, we only ship within the United States.


Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

This will allow us to evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.

If your items were damaged during shipping, email a photo of the damaged items to support@worldcraftcandles.com. These photos are necessary for filing an insurance claim with the carrier. Once received, we will either replace the damaged items or issue a refund.

When will my order ship?

  • Orders ship within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow a few days for tracking updates.

How long will shipping take?

Most packages arrive within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and potential carrier delays.
  • If tracking information has not been sent, you may request an address change by contacting support@worldcraftcandles.com immediately. If the package is already in transit, please contact the carrier directly to reroute the shipment.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Orders

Once an order is shipped, the tracking number provides the most accurate information. If there is an issue with your shipment, please contact your local UPS or USPS store with the tracking number.

Please note:

  • WorldCraft Candles is not responsible for stolen packages or items lost without insurance claims (e.g., tracking labels marked as "Delivered").
  • All packages are shipped with insurance up to $100 - email us so we can get in touch with UPS 

If your package is delayed beyond its "estimated arrival date," file a complaint directly with UPS or USPS. A domestic package must be missing for 21 days with an incomplete tracking record before we can file an insurance claim and replace your order.

If your order says "Delivered" but the package isn’t there:

  • Wait a few hours to a couple of days; shipping carriers occasionally deliver packages late.
  • If it still doesn’t arrive, contact your local UPS or USPS branch for assistance. They often resolve such issues quickly.

Refunds & Exchanges

We strive to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases. If you’re unsatisfied, contact us at support@worldcraftcandles.com. Include your order number and request in the subject line to expedite the process.

Please note:

  • All products are carefully inspected before shipping. Used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Products damaged during shipment will be replaced or refunded if photographic proof is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • You may exchange a product for another candle of the same size and price or return an unused candle within 14 days of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, email support@worldcraftcandles.com as soon as possible. We will process the cancellation and issue a refund if the order has not yet shipped. 

If you wish to cancel an order that has already shipped, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
